Lisa Swartzman is an accomplished senior executive with 25+ years of experience in consumer products, retail, manufacturing, and healthcare. She has significant experience providing strategic direction and operational oversight in complex, regulated environments to publicly traded and privately held companies.

Ms. Swartzman currently operates BGO Advisory which provides strategic advisory and turnaround management to small and mid-market privately held and publicly traded companies. Prior to BGO Advisory, Ms. Swartzman was President of AirBoss of America Corp. (TSX: BOS), and also spent 15+ years with George Weston Limited/Loblaw Companies Limited.

Ms. Swartzman holds a BA (Economics) from Western University, an MBA from Queen’s University, and holds the Institute of Corporate Directors ICD.D (Certified Director) designation. She is presently active on the Board of Distress Centres of Greater Toronto and the Advisory Board of HiBnb.
